Our Services

EPA provides direct hire recruiting services, connecting job seekers in healthcare and construction with employers. Candidates never pay a fee for our services. Employer engagements are governed by a separate written client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Candidate Responsibilities

You agree that the information you provide to us, including your resume, licenses, and work history, is accurate and truthful. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

• Program description: When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Empower Path Advisors about job opportunities, interview scheduling and reminders, application status updates, and our recruiting services.
• Opting in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or by giving verbal or written consent to a member of our team. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service or employment.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and open opportunities.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opting out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
